There was a scheduled power maintenance by our provider of our portal server for 45 minutes. When power was restored, users were unable to update their keys and configurations.
We are investigating the issue.
In the meantime there is an alternative method to update you configurations
Download your keys and configurations from the user portal using GUI_Windows normal (will works on Mac too)
Extract the files into the following folders.
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\BolehVPN\cfg\openvpn
Login as usual and connect.
